⬥ Order Process  _{1. Reserve Slot
▪ I’ll be posting an early notice on my SNS before opening commission reservations.
▪ Commission slots can be reserved only through Google Form. Direct Messages or Comments won’t count as reservations.
▪ It is first come first serve. Check the Waiting List for available slots.
▪ There is no limit on the number of slot reservations per person if there are available slots.
▪ Please check carefully through the Information on the Commission Type you want to request.  2. Wait for your turn
▪ I’ll be contacting each person in the order of the Waiting List, please wait until it’s your turn.
▪ Keep in mind that the waiting time can take very long due to your position on the list.
▪ You can cancel your reservation at any time.
▪ I’ll send you an email when it’s your turn. Then you can send me your full-filled request form.
▪ If you don’t reply within three days, your slot will be canceled automatically.  3. Accepting your request
▪ When I receive your request form, I’ll check if I can work on it. Then I’ll inform you of the total quote calculated.
▪ After the full payment is received, I’ll start working on your commission.
▪ If you don’t have money on your turn, you can ask me to postpone or cancel your reservation slot, but you can only postpone your slot one time.  4. Wait for your commission
▪ You’ll receive your commission as soon as I finish working on it.
▪ All commissioned artworks are DIGITAL only and will not be physically shipped.}

⬥ Payment<sub>▪ The prices on this site are based on USD.
▪ I only accept payments through PayPal Invoice.
▪ Please only pay after we’ve discussed the price and when the invoice is sent. Any payment before this, I will judge it was a donation.


  ⬥ Refund
▪ If the commission is not finished on time, you’ll have a full refund.
▪ You can cancel or ask for a refund only during the sketch stage. After that, there won’t be any refunds.
▪ For Icon Commissions, you can cancel the order only when it's not your turn on the Waiting List.
    ▪ 100% refund: when I didn’t start workingon your commission.
    ▪ 75%-50% refund: when you have receivedsketch confirmation.
▪ You’re not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if you’ve canceled your order in the middle of the process.


  ⬥ Additional Fee
▪ There will be additional fees depending on the complexity of the props and features your character has.
▪ I can reject your commission request if I think it’s difficult for me to work on it.
    ▪ long hair than shoulders
    ▪ wavy, curly, lots of hair
    ▪ detailed clothes (patterns, frills, armor…)
    ▪ accessories, tattoos
    ▪ pet or object (pair of wings, weapon…)
    ▪ etc.
▪ The prices fluctuate in large proportions for the detailed characters. So don’t hesitate to ask me for a quote, even if it’s not your turn or you don’t have any reserved slots. I will tell you an estimated price.</sub>

⬥ Work Process_{▪ The work process is counted from the point I receive full payment.
    ▪ Icon and Chibi: 30 days
    ▪ Pixel and Digital: 60 days
▪ I work with Waiting List System so I can’t work on a specific deadline.
▪ During the process, you’ll receive sketch confirmation (except Icons).
▪ When you receive the sketch, please check the sketch overall to see everything is okay because there won’t be any changes after this stage.
▪ When you confirm the sketch, I’ll start rendering your commission.
▪ You can ask for WIPs but keep in mind that no modifications are allowed at this stage.
▪ When the commission is finished but there is something wrong because of:
    ▪ my mistake, I’ll change it free of charge. Please feel free to ask.
    ▪ weak information and reference, I won’t change it. Or you need to pay extra for the change.
▪ If something is missing on your request form, for example, a specific angle or composition, I will draw with my artistic freedom. I normally don’t ask for more information for such a thing so if you have something specific in your mind, please include it in your request form.
▪ I use free assets and my own assets when drawing, so some things on the commissioned artwork might be used in my other works.}

⬥ Restrictions_{▪ I (Leyalluna) have full copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
▪ Every commissioned artwork (except Icons) will have my signature on it, you’re never allowed to remove it nor cover it.
▪ All commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
▪ The commissioner is never permitted to:
    ▪ commercial use
    ▪ edit / modify or trace
    ▪ claim credit
    ▪ distribute or merchandise
    ▪ make profit / sell as NFT
    ▪ use for advertising
    ▪ use as AI education
    ▪ etc.
▪ I only allow the usage on Twitch, but it is limited to emotes, alerts, badges, flairs, panels, and overlays. Other usages are strictly forbidden.
▪ If you want to hire me for a commercial project, contact me at [email protected]. Keep in mind I use hourly rates for commercial work.
▪ Resizing or cropping the commissioned artwork for personal usage is permitted.
▪ I won’t accept private commissions. The commissioned artwork might be displayed on my SNS and my portfolio. It can also be shown on my speedpaint videos and streams.
▪ If you violate any of these terms, you will be banned from commissioning me.}
